But I’ll be honest... Things Didn’t Start Out This Way...
Before I ever achieved losing all this weight, there were many, many roadblocks.
So many times I was ready to throw in the towel.
I hated to diet (I despise most veggies and fruits) and I felt like exercise was just a chore and it wasn’t making any difference in the way I felt and looked.
I thought I would never be able to lose 115 pounds (let alone just 15 pounds!)

I know because I made these mistakes, too.
Then, just as I was ready to quit, a stroke of luck changed everything...
I kept really good notes on my transformation clients. I knew exactly what exercises, in what order, how many reps and sets, and more they were doing. This included intensity, frequency, and more.

And many of them were on “mediocre” diets.
They were DEFINITELY NOT doing the traditional “Eat 90% clean” rule...
Whether they were beginners or advanced workout junkies, their bodies would change all without being a slave to Paleo, Keto, Low Carb, or other fad diets.

In the late 1990s and early 2000s, we discovered that interval training was superior VS traditional cardio for burning fat.
Great. One step in the right direction (and HIIT takes less time than traditional cardio).

It’s a highly demanding form of training and can put strain on your body if you don’t have a reasonable training base behind you.
If a progressive training program is not followed, overuse of HIIT can lead to overtraining and increased injury risk.
HIIT workouts often call for complicated exercise moves, like burpees and box jumps, and other moves that can wear down your joints and make you feel sluggish.
Doing these moves with even the slightest wrong form can lead to pulled muscles and other injuries. Combine that with the rapid-fire pace of HIIT, and you’ve got a recipe for chronic and frustrating aches and pains.
This makes HIIT even more dangerous if you're over 40, because it takes longer to recover from.
So, I did something about it...

So why do we have an obesity epidemic with this tool?
Because most programs don't even use the right exercises and the right order...
... in fact, some programs claim they use MRT, but they don't!
MC stands for Metabolic Conditioning.
Most experts claim that by doing a bunch of Jumping Jacks or Burpees is called Metabolic Conditioning, but that's just not true.
If you do MC right, you'll experience muscular endurance.
That means when you go for a walk, take some stairs, play with your kids, or do what I do - play basketball with people in their 20s even though you're 30 - 40 years older WITHOUT getting tired.
Another reason to use it...
MC actually burns MORE calories DURING exercise VS MRT.
However, it's part of the "secret sauce" that makes it work for faster weight loss.
Imagine a recipe for cookies that calls for flour and sugar.
Now imagine making those cookies with just the flour.
Even if you're not a chef, you know that's a disaster.
That's how combining MRT and MC works...
